APOLOGY FOR DELAYED DELIVERY
Please accept our apology for being unable to meet the predicted deadlines for the delivery of the Netball Management Software Package. Because we value you as our first-ever customer, we are trying our best to provide you with a product that adheres to the strict requirements.
We have been working on the software for a few months after you saw the demonstration package and have agreed to the terms and conditions. However, due to the nature of the algorithms that has to be incorporated to the software (such as simulation of a person’s decision criteria), the verification process has been tough and thus delayed. Also, we are currently studying and have been preparing for the exams for the past two months. And since now the exams are over, we are prepared to provide you with an improved version of the software.
By end December, we shall deliver the improved version of the 1st module (Carnival Module). The preliminary requirements gathering and development of the next two modules will be carried out as soon as the 1st module is developed and delivered.
Also attached is our adjusted draft legal agreement. Please contact me if you think the terms are not agreeable.
